Tutu's have a matching satin waist band with elastic for stretch.
This way the tutu will grow with your child's waist.
Infant Size will fit 17" to 19" waist.
Toddler Size will fit 19" to 21" waist.
Girls Size will fit 21" to 23" waist.
Available in both Single or Double Layers.
