The majority of our products are made from mixtures of various weights of 100% high quality cotton and cotton duck fabric. These cotton fabrics range in weight from 4 ounces to 7 ounces and come in a variety of colors and prints to choose from. Ribbons may be cotton, rayon, polyester, or a mixture of fibers and should always be ironed using a pressing cloth between the item and the iron itself. Using a pressing cloth to cover ribbons when ironing will prevent accidentally melting the ribbons under intense heat.

All products may be spot cleaned using "Oxi Clean Laundry Stain Remover" and water.
For deep cleaning see below:
Baby bibs, nursing covers, burp cloths, and baby blankets are Machine Washable in cold water only using Woolite. Hang or lay flat and let air dry.
Diaper Bags, Duffle Bags, Garment Bags, and XL Totes can be spot cleaned with oxi clean and water but are Dry Clean Only for deep cleaning.
Steaming and/or pressing items on high heat will help reshape interfacings in bags and handles that may distort from use of over time. After steaming hang by handles to cool.
CAUTION: RIBBONS CAN NOT BE IRON HIGH AS THEY WILL MELT. ALWAYS USE A PRESSING CLOTH TO COVER RIBBONS (a scrap of cotton material or old t-shirt or old pillowcase works well as a pressing cloth to cover and protect ribbons from high iron heat).
Baby wipes cases can be spot cleaned using oxi clean or a few drops of woolite on a clean white cloth but wipe cases can not be machine washed. Also, stain remover pens may be used to spot clean only.
To soften fabrics and items such as baby bibs, burp cloths, blankets and nursing covers use Dryel at home dry cleaning kit. Place items in fabric protection bag with 1 moist cleaning cloth and follow directions on Dryel packaging.
For Boxers, Onesies and Diaper Covers:
Turn inside out and machine or hand wash on cold and delicate. Hang or lay flat to air dry.

How long will it take to get my order? TOP
Most items (including Easter Baskets, Christmas Stockings, and other holiday items) will take 10 to 14 business days to produce based on our production schedule. (Business days: do not include Saturday and Sunday).
So we suggest telling your customers turn around time will be about 2 weeks to 2 1/2 weeks (or 10 to 14 business days) until the order is shipped (not delivered). For this reason we often set ordering deadlines for holiday items.
Orders are filled in the order they are received. First in first out, last in last out.

All orders are shipped US mail or US priority mail unless otherwise agreed upon. Usually orders are filled in a minimum of 10 business days and a maximum of 14 business days. Some orders may take longer if fabrics or materials are backordered.
Occasionally certain items and/or materials may be out of stock or on backorder. We will inform you if any of your items will be delayed beyond regular shipping times. Back-ordered items will automatically be shipped when they become available.

Is there a minimum opening order or re-order? TOP
Wholesale minimum opening order is $50.00 unless you are a drop ship company. (Items are shipped directly to your customer if you are a drop ship account.)
After opening order there is no re-order minimum.
When do I pay for my order? TOP
Payment for items is due when order is placed unless otherwise discussed. All products must the paid for in full before shipment occurs. Please indicate what method of payment you will be using when you place your order.
What is your return policy? TOP
All sales on items are final due to the nature of our products. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders. All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented on our behalf. However, we do stand behind our products. Should an error or shortage occur, or if you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please report it immediately, but absolutely no more than 15 days from the shipment date. Merchandise deemed defective, damaged or error on our part must be returned in 15 days for an exchange or credit to be issued. When credit is issued, it may be used to offset your current invoices, or for subsequent purchases or cash refunds may be given depending on the circumstance.
Do you ship orders outside of the United States? TOP
We do not ship outside of the United States. The order may be shipped to you and you may then ship the order to its final destination outside of the United States.

Emmy Wilson Designs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. All of our packages are tracked but not automatically insured.

What is considered a rush order? TOP
Any order that is shipped in less than 10 business days at your request is considered a rush order.
Regular Rush Order - items ship in 4 to 10 business days
Emergency Rush Order - items ship in 1 to 3 business days

What is the "wholesale custom" area on the website? TOP
The wholesale custom area is provided for:
· ordering items that are pictured in a set but not individually shown on the website (such as just the changing pad from the “Brody Diaper Bag Set” or just the burp shown in the “Gracie Diaper Bag Set”)
· special requests for minor design changes (such as ordering a monogrammed diaper cover without the bows or substituting one fabric on an item for another)
· ordering a specific product that was designed for your boutique (minimum quantities may apply)
· payment of regular rush and emergency rush order services
· payment of special services and repair services fees
· ordering large quantities of products in same color and same style

-Store with handle up right, not pushed down in basket, cover basket and hang to store.
(Handles are made flexible for shipping but not ment to be stored with handle bent.)
-Ribbons can be retrimmed with pinking shears to refreshen ends.
-Fray Check on the ends of ribbons will also help keep the ribbons looking crisp.
-Spot clean only with Oxi Clean and a damp cloth. Do not spray basket directly. Spray cloth and rub first with Oxi Clean and then with water on cloth over soiled area. Repeat as needed.
-Handle can be steammed on high if needed, then hang basket while handle still warm. Weight basket with small object such a can from the pantry while hanging. Allow to hang an hour or two. Repeat process if needed and repeat as necessary.
